What you will have an opportunity to do:
Summary
Serves as direct link with the guests as the first impression as guests arrive and provides memorable service to guests throughout their stay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Greet guests at their vehicle, at the door and in the lobby.Provide door service including opening the door, greeting, and assisting all guests.Park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to service and safety standards Engage with guests and provide personalized service; create positive memories through interactions.Take responsibility for the cleanliness and presentation of the entire hotel including but not limited to parking lot sweeps, cleaning windows and work areas, emptying trash etc. Provide bell service including helping with bags, escorting guests to the room, and conducting room shows.Complete and follow guidelines of shift checklists Deliver packages and amenities to guest rooms.Help answer phones and ensures all guest requests are followed up on; including info about the hotel area, tourist attractions, directions, dining accommodations, taxis etc.Report any and all potential guest complaints, issues, and concerns to the MOD/Supervisor/LeadUnderstand emergency procedures for all potential situations and report accordingly Possess the ability to operate a manual transmission Support, maintain, and participate in other duties as determined necessary by supervisor.
