Park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining a secure and organized key system
Greet residents and guests with professionalism; assist with carts, packages, and call-ahead vehicles

Monitor garage flow and security, including rounds, camera checks, and guest access protocols
Support maintenance/janitorial needs such as trash/recycling prep, small cleanups, and minor maintenance tasks
