Shift Into Your New Role as a Valet:
Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has an immediate need for a friendly part-time morning Vehicle Valet / Porter in our Service Department. Duties include greeting and moving cars of customers, driving vehicles to / from gas station for refueling, being able to lift on a daily basis [see below], and shoveling snow in winter months. Position is responsible for maintaining and cleaning customer areas and the shop, disposing of debris, etc.
We are part of the reputable Kenwood Dealer Group with dealerships and body shops located throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. We offer a great, rewarding work environment with potential future advancement within our company.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm

Ability to work assigned schedule above
Valet or Porter experience is a plus,
but
not required
Valid driver s license with driving record acceptable to Company
Ability to lift 25 lbs. when necessary; shovel snow; position requires continuous physical movement around the dealership. This includes the ability to get in and out of Jeeps and trucks
Proof of eye exam in past two years
Ability to drive and safely park cars in and out of service throughout the day
Neat and clean appearance; friendly disposition
Dependable, team player
High school grad / GED

Valet will conduct audits of the parking areas to monitor activity, provide directions or traffic control, identify parking violations, safety or security issues. Valet may provide wheelchair assistance and escorts if necessary. Job Requirements: 2 years High School Education Drivers License Job Responsibilities: Exhibits professional image towards patients, visitors, employees; provide wheelchair assistance and escorts into building, to create a positive impression consistent with professional etiquette. Maintain traffic flow in the vehicle staging area. Monitor assigned work area for cleanliness and safety concerns and report issues that can't be easily corrected. Monitor all parking areas for parking violations, safety, security issues, be willing and able to assist customers; may have to direct motorist to available parking spaces and to contact Security if additional assistance is needed. On a daily basis prepares for work by checking for any bulletins, post or schedule changes; verify that adequate supplies are on hand; keeps accurate and orderly records of parked vehicles. Vehicles are always assessed and existing damage is noted; vehicles are operated in a professional and safe manner minimizing delays to customers and damage to vehicles.
