Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.31 Per Hour! DOE

The Valet Supervisor ensures guest arrivals and departures are pleasant and efficient by serving as the point-of-contact with all valet patrons. Ensures guest service and safety are priorities. Oversees the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles performed by Valet Drivers. Supervises the activities of the Valet Drivers, Valet Greeters and Traffic Officers, as applicable. Ensures that the day-to-day operations of valet and traffic control run in an efficient and well-organized manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

* High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Experience

* Previous valet experience preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
* Previous guest service experience
* Knowledge of applicable regulations, rules, procedures and administration is required.
* Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
* Ability to apply supervisory and leadership skills and techniques.
* Knowledge of basic computer skills.
* Must be able to drive manual- and automatic-transmission vehicles.
* Must possess a valid California Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record.
* Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
