What you'll be doing:
Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer. No heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping required.
Use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos.
This is a hands-on, physically active position that involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
What You'll Get:
Pay: Starting at $17 per hour
Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
Part-Time: Around 10-15+ hours per week

Job Responsibilities
Perform pre-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Check tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer for general operating requirements and make sure that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition. Note inspection and deficiencies on the pre-trip inspection form.
Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements Include
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation.
Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50-65 lbs.

Analyzes and edits complex measurement data for use in revenue allocation and for management review of performance. Requires a high level of accuracy and is responsible for the compilation, review, and transfer of final volumetric and compositional analysis data to revenue accounting and other revenue driven departments (i.e. marketing and commercial). Provides not only a key role in the responsibility of analyzing and editing complex data and completing a variety of special projects, but provides work direction for assigned Analysts. Completes all essential function of a Measurement Analyst III in addition to recommending, developing and conducting training of all measurement staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Compiles, edits and balances monthly volumetric.
Transmits volumes to various internal and external sources
Troubleshoots measurement deficiencies with supervisor, field personnel, and accounting groups.
Sets up new meter stations in measurement calculation system to insure volumes are calculated in accordance to contractual and industry guidelines.
Determines the appropriate placement of new and existing meters in physical flow balances.
Reviews meter calibrations with-in Test-it and applies volume correction per contract for current month measurement data and issue PPA's when warranted.
Reviews on-line gas chromatograph data for accuracy and completeness. Notifies field personnel of unit failure or tolerance exceptions.
Reviews Ultrasonic Meter (USM) data for accuracy and completeness. Review s USM log files and compares to history to identify possible performance degradation.
Manages liquid meter data, volumetric, ticketing, meter factors, etc. within FC. Files documents.
Develops a working knowledge and understanding of gas measurement. Resolves measurement and quality exceptions in the exception resolver. Manages monthly balance closing.
Develops and provides training to measurement analysts and other company personnel as needed. Acts as first point of contact for measurement analysts before escalating questions to measurement manager.

Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree in business, management or engineering preferred.

The Corrosion Technician is responsible for all facets of field executed corrosion prevention duties including cathodic protection, internal corrosion control, atmospheric corrosion control, protective coating and linings, materials selection and design/project support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and assesses corrosion control efforts for assigned midstream assets. Performs cathodic protection surveys. Takes scheduled readings of monitoring devices. Reports findings.
Initiates remedial measures as necessary.
Maintains and performs repairs and preventative maintenance on corrosion control equipment.
Performs pipeline corrosion defect assessments.
Inspects and tests, with guidance, coating applications.
Maintains complete, accurate and regulatory-compliant documentation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License required
Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
SKILLS:
Corrosion Control Industry Standards: Developing knowledge of and practical experience with industry standards for corrosion prevention and control from American Petroleum Institute (API), NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) International, Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) and related organizations.
Corrosion Mechanisms: Developing working knowledge of corrosion mechanisms affecting midstream assets. Recognizes impact of operational environment e.g. electrochemical reaction with air, soil, water, high temperatures, chemicals, reinforced concrete, etc. Understands impact of natural gas contaminants such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, water vapor, condensate, crude oil, trace metals.
Corrosion Mitigation: Developing working knowledge of techniques used to reduce corrosion effects such as, but not limited to, coatings and linings, anodic and cathodic protection, inhibitors, material selection and design improvement.
Corrosion Regulations: Developing knowledge of corrosion-related regulations governing midstream sector such as, but not limited to, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49, OHSA standard #1910.119 Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals.
Corrosion Technologies: Developing knowledge of and practical experience with intrusive and non-intrusive technologies such as probes and non-destructive testing used to detect signs of corrosion in midstream assets and measuring effectiveness of corrosion prevention methods.
Equipment Maintenance: Developing knowledge of and ability to perform asset-specific preventative and predictive maintenance to assure equipment operation at acceptable performance levels.
Safety: Developing ability to recognize safety risks in operational activities and use appropriate measures to control and manage identified risks.
Safety Awareness: Ability to recognize and identify potential hazards. Evaluates changes in work environment with respect to impact on safety of self and others. Understands potential threats created by deviation from safety procedures and improper use of tools and equipment. Uses personal protection equipment. Uses tools and equipment in compliance with manuals and training. Calls attention to potential and actual hazardous conditions as they arise. Demonstrates knowledge of lockout/tag out procedures. Overview

The Cyber Security Engineer (CSE) will execute the highly technical, tactical elements of the Security Architects' (and overall CISS) cyber security strategy, eliminating a functional cyber security capability gap while providing pro-active cyber security risk management. Manages, mentors, and develops clinic staff. Fosters a culture of trust and confidence with employees, internal stakeholders, and contractors by proving effective leadership and engagement while delivering appropriate, service oriented, and professional medical services.
Maintains standards for high quality clinical operations, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for employed and contracted medical services.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated exams. Provides medical staffing during plant projects and “turn around” activities as needed.
Provides and supervises the medical management of work-related injuries and the response of clinical staff during medical emergencies. Collaborates and coordinates emergency medical care with the MPC local Emergency Response Team and municipal rescue personnel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Active and unencumbered license in Washington required. Additionally, California licensure preferred.
National certification relevant to their state licensure, education, and training.
Position requires active and unencumbered licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with national certification relevant to the population you'll serve.
