Familiarity with CAD models and their use in inspection. Proficiency with conventional metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, etc.). Strong understanding of inspection setup, tooling, and fixture techniques. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience 3+ years programming CMMs and 5+ years in dimensional inspection. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field. Applied knowledge of aerospace quality procedures and AS9100. Strong GD&T interpretation skills. Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving. Ability to read and interpret material specifications. Knowledge of non-destructive testing, surface finish, and heat treatment processes. Familiarity with CNC machining processes, tool design, and work-holding principles.
