* Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.
* Safely operate manlifts to perform tasks at various heights.
* Safely perform rigging and signaling when picking items.
* Inspect, maintain, and operate hand tools, power tools, and other various equipment.
* Operate various construction instruments to achieve proper layout and elevation.
* Build and/or erect formwork and falsework for walls, columns, decking, stairs, etc.
* Work as a team member placing concrete, driving piling, installing light gauge steel framing, etc.
* Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
* Problem solve and provide solutions to common jobsite issues.
* Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals.
* Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service.
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must have valid email address and phone number
* Must pass pre-employment screening
* Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
* Work indoors or outdoors in all types of environments
* Bend, kneel, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas
* Travel periodically
