Provide operational support and trouble shoot issues for various digital banking products, such as Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Mobile Wallet/Bill Pay.

Overview
This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Woodbury, NJ financial center at 100 Park Avenue. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).
Responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. Provide customers with a one stop experience to fulfill all of their financial needs from account opening and maintenance to processing transactions. Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
