There’s no pros to mask the mess
Management doesn’t care. When bringing my issues to HR they were completely useless. When deciding to finally step away from my position after 4 years of dedication to the team there was no more than a ‘thanks’. Not to mention they hired multiple male managers who preyed on younger women employees, when notified very little was done to protect female workers and the male manager allowed to work the same. I wouldn’t call Valley a co-op in the slightest, you’re better off working for target or a big corp.
