In collaboration with multidisciplinary researchers, they may drive research programs through nursing lens and perspective to integrate new advances in clinical trials management. The role requires excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a changing, multiple-demand setting in order to prioritize a large volume of work and meet deadlines efficiently and accurately. Strong interprofessional collaboration, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people, including physicians, patients and families, are essential.
