Aide will be responsible for but not limited to; using the correct procedures to maintain clean and sanitary surfaces, removing and cleaning messes and spills, restocking supplies and resetting patient rooms. Keeping storage closets, equipment and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
Responsible for the following locations to clean but not limited to; rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, offices, stairways, and other work areas.
Completes weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly checklists/projects in assigned area.
Assists in emergencies/urgent situations as needed.

Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, 5pm-1:30am, Monday to Friday.
Preferred Qualifications: Equivalent to two years of high school. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, computer, and their related uses. Able to communicate; read and understand instructions. Previous experience in housekeeping.

The Cooks perform designated work and cleaning routines for the department. The Cooks will ensure that meals are prepared and presented with excellence as to provide quality customer service.
Work Schedule: FTE 0.2, 8 hours per week, 4pm-12:30am, every other weekend.
Preferred Qualifications: High school education or equivalent preferred but is not required. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and kitchen equipment is helpful. Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Essential Functions
Clean and disinfect assigned areas using department cleaning procedures.
Uses cleaning chemicals properly according to Joint Commission and OSHA standards.
Understands procedures and properly disposes of infectious waste and trash.
Handles and cleans up emergency spills per department guideline, Joint commission, and OSHA standards.
Follows all infection prevention practices (i.e. proper cleaning and disinfection protocols and process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions, as well as proper donning and doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintains work and storage areas following established policy and procedures to ensure safety
