Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program (ADN program) required.
* Certification with AST/NBSTSA programs required.
* Colorado DORA Surgical Tech, in good standing.
* BLS-Basic Life support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association Required.
* 1-year Surgical Tech experience is required.

SALARY RANGE
* $31.43 to $46.21/hour
* Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
* $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
* $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
* $4.25/hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
* Eligible for up to a $5,000 Relocation Bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible for sign-on)

$4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
$4.25/hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
$10,000 sign on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
UP to a $15,000 Annual Retention bonus! -You will receive:
$975/month paid on the second paycheck of the month, from January 2024-December 2024
