The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and agency policies. Also, The RN Registered Nurse job coordinates total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care, and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources. All done within a Point of Care setting.
Provides clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
Makes the initial and|or comprehensive nursing evaluation visit, determines primary focus of care, develops the plan of care within State specific guidelines, and submits accurate, complete, and timely documentation, per policy.
Regularly evaluates and re-evaluates (as warranted by changes in condition but at least every 60 days) the patient's nursing needs.
Performs patient comprehensive assessments at designated time points and develops the appropriate POC, in collaboration with physician orders.
Ensures patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer source.
Initiates, develops, implements and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professional's involved in care.

Develop, implement, and annually update the Risk Management Plan in accordance with FTCA deeming requirements and HRSA guidelines.
Maintain documentation of Board review and approval of the Risk Management Plan and Annual Risk Report.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of FTCA deeming applications and supporting documentation.
Monitor FTCA coverage scope and ensure all eligible providers are appropriately credentialed and privileged.
Manage FTCA claims processes, including incident reporting, investigation, documentation, and coordination with legal counsel and HRSA as needed.
Conduct quarterly risk assessments and maintain a comprehensive risk tracking log.
Analyze adverse events, near misses, and patient safety trends; develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Oversee the incident reporting system and ensure a timely investigation, resolution with staff collaboration, and documentation of incidents.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to identify high-risk areas and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with Workforce Trainers to deliver targeted training for high-risk areas and new staff onboarding; ensure training completion is tracked and documented.
Monitor compliance with HRSA Health Center Program Requirements, including participation in Operational Site Visit (OSV) preparation and response.
Serve as the liaison with HRSA and FTCA representatives, including responding to inquiries and participating in audits or reviews.
Participate in Quality Improvement/Assurance (QI/QA) activities and committees to align risk management with organizational goals.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
Participate in annual approved risk management training.
Prepare presentations and occasionally present for regular risk management reports and updates to the leadership team.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management, healthcare compliance, and privacy experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in risk management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare risk management, preferably in an FQHC or community health setting. Experience with FTCA deeming applications and HRSA Health Center Program compliance strongly preferred.
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to write clear, concise reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team structure. Excellent organization and follow-up skills required. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is required.

The Camp Reed Counselor builds and nurtures campers' appreciation for the outdoors, supports them in building strong friendships, and fosters an enriching camp experience for all campers and junior counselors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervise and support 5-15 campers in a camp cabin setting, ensuring campers are safe and always accounted for. Oversee and guide all aspects of assigned campers' day including, but not limited to, health needs, nutrition, hygiene, cabin time, mealtime, rest, camp activity choices, cabin and camp cleaning duties and responsibilities, evening activities and transition times.
Set and implement standards for harmonious group life; create a motivating environment encouraging camper safety and cleanliness in the cabin and on camp grounds.
Identify and respond accordingly to camper behavior issues, applying age-appropriate strategies as needed.
Take cabin leadership at mealtimes to ensure appropriate manners and nutrition.

Foster a positive mentoring relationship with assigned junior counselors by providing a deeper understanding of leadership and camp counseling skills. Purpose of Job:
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by managing patient care at assigned medical clinic by performing the duties listed below. This position is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides quality patient care in our patient centered medical home model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets variety of patients and escorts to exam room; informs patient of time delays throughout visit.
Prepares patients for provider; anticipates needs of provider to maintain efficient patient flow.
Performs phlebotomy and laboratory procedures as directed by provider;
Performs and documents injections and immunizations.
Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
Cleans, prepares, and sterilizes instruments.
Assists provider with procedures, exams and patient education.
Manages appropriate patient referrals and required documentation.
Observes and follows required safety protocols, including handling and disposal of sharps, use of personal protective equipment, exposure to blood borne pathogens, and general safety of employees and patients.
Answers telephones, schedules patients, and supports care team members.
Obtain written orders from provider.
Works within scope of practice, as determined by Washington State Department of Health, at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Travel may be required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Completion of medical assistant training through a post-secondary school or college program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education School (ABHES) or the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) required. Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistants (CCMA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required within 120 days of hire. Medical Assistant- Certified credential issued by Washington State Department of Health within 120 days of hire. Previous experience in a community health clinic preferred. Experience with EHR preferred.
Skills: Excellent customer service, oral and written communications skills required. Compassion for patients required. Must be able to work well in team environment. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment, with ability to anticipate future needs. Basic computer user skills required. Medical terminology and accurate spelling ability required. CPR/AED certified for a Health Care Provider.
Physical Demands:

They are required to use hands to finger, handle or feel over 2/3rds of the time, as well as reach with hands and arms.
