Telecom has gone downturn with new Direction who has no technical clue /and with text book micromanagement
Positive vibes on frequent emails about promotions within all departments/ one promotion email per day
No clue since covid
CEO and folks at Corporate office must conduct periodic reviews on Directors who work remotely on productivity and technical knowledge
Quality Engineered products designed by Engineers in the beginning
Current Engineering management (since 2022) has no technical expertise, Post Covid engineering Directors have no clue, too much micromanagement, President has no idea what the Director is doing since everyones remote. No technical improvements on products.
Corporate meetings , President talks about positive things
CEO is good in management of teams
Everyone under Vice president needs quarterly reviews, Directors with PE license must demonstrate technical expertise like previous directors.
