Tony R. Thene, was appointed as a Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Carpenter effective July 1, 2015. He joined Carpenter in January 2013 and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Carpenter, Mr. Thene served as Vice President of Alcoa, Inc. and the Chief Financial Officer of the Engineered Products and Solutions Group from 2007 until 2010. Previously, he served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Alcoa. Earlier in his career, Mr. Thene worked as plant controller at Alcoa’s Ft. Meade, Florida, and Bauxite, Arkansas facilities before being named Director of Manufacturing for Alcoa’s Industrial Chemicals Division, Arkansas Operations. In 1998, he joined Alcoa’s Wheel and Forged Products Division in Cleveland, Ohio, as Division Controller. In 2001, Mr. Thene moved to Alcoa’s New York Office as Director of the Corporate Financial Analysis and Planning Group, and a year later, he was named Chief Financial Officer for Alcoa World Alumina and Chemicals. He was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of Alcoa’s Global Rolled Products and Hard Alloy Extrusions Group in 2004, and in 2005, he became Alcoa’s Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Thene earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Indiana State University and his MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and serves as a member of the Board’s Science and Technology Committee.

R. Scott Rowe, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2017. Prior to joining Flowserve, Mr. Rowe served as President of the Cameron Group, a position he assumed in April 2016 following the merger between Schlumberger and Cameron International Corporation, formerly a NYSE-listed leading provider of flow management equipment, systems and services to the worldwide oil and gas industry. At Cameron, Mr. Rowe served in a variety of progressive roles during his 14-year career, culminating as its President and CEO. Before joining Cameron in 2002, Rowe was with Varco International and previously served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Glassman was appointed the Company's Chairman of the Board in 2020 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2016. He previously served the Company as President from 2013 to 2019, Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2015, Executive Vice President from 2002 until 2013, President - Residential Furnishings from 1999 to 2006, Senior Vice President from 1999 to 2002, and in various other capacities since 1982. Mr. Glassman holds a degree in business management and finance from California State University-Long Beach. He was first elected as a director of the Company in 2002.

Sundaram “Naga” Nagarajan serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer, joining the Company on August 1, 2019. He focuses on creating value for customers through innovation and industry‑leading excellence in quality and delivery. Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Nagarajan had a 23-year career with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW), a Fortune 200 company, where he had roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President, ITW Automotive OEM Segment, a $3.3 billion business segment. Under his leadership, the Automotive OEM Segment consistently delivered profitable revenue growth through both organic and acquisitive means. Mr. Nagarajan serves on the Board of Directors of Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON), is a member of the Advisory Board of IACS, Executive Club, Economics Club of Chicago, and is a past trustee of Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, former trustee of AWS Foundation Inc., and was the Co-Chair of ITW’s National United Way Campaign (2013 and 2014).
