Current Engineering management (since 2022) has no technical expertise, Post Covid engineering Directors have no clue, too much micromanagement, President has no idea what the Director is doing since everyones remote. No technical improvements on products.

Management at the location I worked for was very disengaged. Problems were swept under the rug out of sight out of mind.
