Toxic, poor leadership, unprofessional, favoritism, backstabbing and high amount of gossiping, harassment is overlooked even when reported to HR, extremely high turnover

There would have to be a lot of people let go at the top and actually hire people who care more about the Veterans and employees than turning a buck.

How did you prepare for the Valor Healthcare interview?

If I could do it all over again, I would have declined the interview and position.

It was not an issue that I noticed.

I found no joy while in my position at Valor. It was toxic and I dreaded every day.
