Poor leadership

There would have to be a lot of people let go at the top and actually hire people who care more about the Veterans and employees than turning a buck.

If I could do it all over again, I would have declined the interview and position.

It was not an issue that I noticed.

I found no joy while in my position at Valor. It was toxic and I dreaded every day.

Everything. Promises made when hired, always short and have to work multiple jobs , HR/Supervisors play games and discriminate .
