We are seeking a skilled and reliable full-time Diesel Mechanic with a positive attitude to perform maintenance and repairs on class 8 tractors, temperature control units, and trailers at our Billerica, MA terminal. In addition to typical equipment service such as PMs and tire replacements, the successful candidate must be willing to learn new technology: vehicle diagnostics, communication devices, and tablets.

Preferred Experience:
· High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
· Valid driver's license (CDL strongly preferred)
· 5+ years experience working as a diesel mechanic
· 5+ years hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic systems, and diagnostics experience
· Knowledge of Diagnostic tool system
· Experience working as a Mechanic on heavy commercial trucks and trailers
· Working knowledge of ThermoKing and Carrier temperature controlled units
· Experience with Tablets and App technology
· Familiarity with federal annual Inspection criteria
· Able to conduct inventory and order parts as needed
