ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To learn and work within the established Air Force One policies and procedures for construction projects.
Meet with Air Force One sales associates at the onset of a project, gain a comprehensive understanding of our scope of work and develop a plan to ensure that the project is completed on time and is within the budget constraints set forth in the job breakdown. Specifically, this to include but not necessarily limited to:
The purchasing of equipment and materials necessary to complete the project.
Our client's timeframe for completing the project.

Attend and actively participate in the weekly production meetings.
Work with AFO sales associates on job change orders and help estimate them as necessary.
Work closely with the construction customer service representative. Specifically, this to include but not necessarily limited to the following:
Your daily schedule of meetings, job-site visits, and shop time.
The scheduling of construction manpower.
The purchasing, shipping, receiving, and delivery of equipment and material to jobs.
As necessary, work with the service manager(s) on the use of manpower typically reserved for service and maintenance. Likewise, support the service manager(s) when at all possible, for the use of construction manpower on “Quoted Repairs”.
From time to time, as needs arise, the construction manager may be asked to get involved in construction projects being implemented by other AFO divisions or departments.
Provide ample feedback, both written and verbal, to the sales and field associates.
Confirm sales, subcontractor, and client commitments in writing. Then copy it to the job file.

MUA and exhaust systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
8-10+ years of lead commercial HVAC experience preferred
Universal EPA Certification required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess basic leadership skills to use in training and mentoring other installers.
Communication with customers on daily basis.
Install commercial HVAC systems and ductwork. This includes new installation and remodel/replacement of existing systems.
Install chillers and boilers and piping of these systems.

The HVAC Project Manager serves to facilitate the implementation of construction services. It is the Project Manager's responsibility to analyze and approve each project estimate and determine the best possible plan of attack, and then implement that plan given Air Force One's construction resources. Meet with Air Force One sales associates at the onset of a project, gain a comprehensive understanding of our scope of work and develop a plan to ensure that the project is completed on time and is within the budget constraints set forth in the job breakdown. The purchasing of equipment and materials necessary to complete the project.
Our client's timeframe for completing the project.

Make Air Force One sales associates aware at the earliest knowledge of any/all cost overruns or potential problems that will have an adverse effect on the timing/budget of a project.
Attend and actively participate in the weekly production meetings.
Work with AFO sales associates on job change orders and help estimate them as necessary.
Work closely with the construction customer service representative. Specifically, this to include but not necessarily limited to the following:
Your daily schedule of meetings, job-site visits, and shop time.
The scheduling of construction manpower.
The purchasing, shipping, receiving, and delivery of equipment and material to jobs.
As necessary, work with the service manager(s) on the use of manpower typically reserved for service and maintenance. Likewise, support the service manager(s) when at all possible, for the use of construction manpower on “Quoted Repairs”.
From time to time, as needs arise, the construction manager may be asked to get involved in construction projects being implemented by other AFO divisions or departments.
Provide ample feedback, both written and verbal, to the sales and field associates.
Confirm sales, subcontractor, and client commitments in writing. Then copy it to the job file.

How You'll Make an Impact
The purpose of the Strategic Account Manager is to grow the Valvoline business by analyzing, calling on, and servicing the Retail, Commercial and Ecommerce touchpoints across assigned strategic accounts for the Valvoline family of products. This is a leadership role within the defined channel.
Responsibilities Include
* Developing execution plans, calling on, and servicing key strategic accounts for the Valvoline family of products including Private Label Brands.
* Implement retail & wholesale sales strategies to attain growth targets outlined in the Valvoline Strategic Plan. Position will work with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, etc. to develop strategic and effective selling platforms including price, trade programs, promotions, shipping programs, and marketing support.
* Partner with Marketing to develop channel &/or account specific marketing promotions. Lead execution. Partner with Analytics team to evaluate then provide recommendations for future executions. Align across DIY and DIFM channels as necessary.
* Review and evaluate Valvoline's customer supply chain actions to identify and implement most efficient and cost-effective transportation of Valvoline products to direct store locations & distribution centers.
* Utilize dedicated Broker Team for WD to best service and manage market execution and key selling opportunities. Face to face meetings/travel to customer locations and other venues is required to be successful at the above objectives.
* Work with Valvoline management at the Director level to develop annual account/divisional plans. Review sales, volume/share, and profit on at least a monthly basis to monitor progress and manage P&L to deliver volume, sales and profit objectives.
* Work with Valvoline Customer Service and customer's Accounts Payable group to insure prompt and accurate payment of all invoices.
* Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
