The pay is only benefit
Bad communication between upper management it’s old school management it’s who you know and they use your words against you and the list of rules they have is unbelievable and they do nothing for employee appreciation they don’t care if it’s bad weather they let people drive in blizzard of 2025 and get stuck for over 12 hours and 400$ to tow and they didn’t care. Tried to give a meal that was so bad as appreciation. The intro test has nothing to do with what work u do. They don’t spend money to fix or make things better. Reviews on this company is true. And HR will make things appear or disappear the lady is heartless and ruthless to people.
It’s just the pay that’s it. There is no good ladder management program and system in place to make you better. It’s been this way for years. The reviews on all sites are similar and speak the truth
We never see them.
Overhaul the culture and leadership.
You don’t and there is no signs on site to tell you where to go
He just pays you more to keep you. It’s not about grass is greener if it is it’s because maybe management is little better somewhere else and have better paid time off. The paid time off here is a joke. U get six hours at beginning of each month for two years then you get ten .. so tell Me how to prepare for balance
