The Mobile Healthcare Services Driver (MHSD) will be responsible for driving the mobile services van from its storage/parking place to places of services. The MHSD will prepare and set up the vehicle to be ready for services. The MHSD will stay on site during mobile services and provide support in crowd control and safety as well as aide in client registration and eligibility as needed. Lead Reentry Coach/Driver The Center of Reentry Excellence (CORE) operates multiple facilities that operate as central service hubs for the coordination of reentry services for justice-impacted individuals and their families. The Lead Reentry Coach/Driver performs a wide range of critical functions in support of services available through CORE. As a transportation coordinator, the role has direct responsibility for coordinating operations related to a discrete program or set of services available through CORE, and as a Lead Reentry Coach may be tasked with providing some direct services and with the supervision of a limited number of Reentry Coaches or Peer Navigators as deemed necessary to achieve CORE's objectives. In Coordinating transportation services for CORE, the Transportation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the reentry population with transportation to and from certain reentry related activities, including driving the CORE operated shuttle, an 8 passenger van, and with assisting individuals in obtaining or maintaining their own personal transportation options. The transportation coordinator, with the assistance of their manager, will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the service quality level of CORE's transportation services. HOURS AND OTHER CONDITIONS: Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a non-exempt, per diem (as needed) position. Schedule will vary; evening and weekend availability required. Work is performed at various community locations, primarily outdoors. Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times.
