In the case of no coverage please notify Member Services ASAP so that arrangements can be made for an alternate means of bus transportation * Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled trip to warm up or cool off the bus and conduct pre-trip inspection. In the winter plan to arrive earlier if there has been a snowstorm in order to clean off the bus * Greet and help people both on and off the bus. For shopping trips, please assist members with packages * Record on daily sheet starting and ending mileage, starting and ending times and your initials * Please use phone only when necessary and never while driving. No personal calls allowed on bus phone * Bus keys are held at concierge (front) desk. Keys are·to be picked up and returned to the desk after each shift. Store gas receipts in monthly envelope provided * Turn in gas envelope to Transportation Coordinator at end of each month. Turn in daily schedule to Transportation Coordinator at the end of each shift * Due to the nature of scheduling, you must give a least a 2 week notice for vacation time Qualifications: * Education: High School or equivalent * Must have a current Massachusetts driver's license Class 2 CDL and in good standing * Previous Experience: 1-2 years of related customer service experience * In addition, employee must successfully pass the CORI check as requested by Orchard Cove.
