If there is a damaged item, the Driver/Installer must take a picture of the item and send it to the Manager prior to loading it onto the truck. * Ensure customer messages and communications are relayed to appropriate management. * Assist in always maintaining a neat and clean workplace. * Assist with stocking the shipping and receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves. * Receive a floorplan and instruct and execute the delivery with other helpers. * The Driver/Installer must wear the uniform provided by AFR at all times during work hours. * Perform other related duties as assigned and required by management.
