Submit a written report summarizing Subcontractor activity, compliance with the Subcontracting Plan, and adherence to goals contained within the Subcontracting Plan. Verify that the approved Subcontracting Plan is followed once each quarter (four times per year). Verify that workers designated as apprentices are enrolled in a certified apprenticeship program. Review payrolls to verify payment of any required minimum wage rates.
