The job responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant Scheduling Coordinator include: Works as primary contact for newly hired CNA's. Scheduling CNA's for their appropriate shift Working with Nursing Managers to fill open shifts as well as call in's May assist in the hiring process for new CNA's Assist in the coordination of orientation of newly hired CNA's Reviews time sheets/missed punch records for each payroll Contacts replacement personnel and modified schedule as needed Maintains a current listing of employee contact numbers for call-ins Coordinates time off requests Maintains a record of employees that miss shifts and produces reports Fills vacancies on shifts as needed Coordinates with the DON to secure contract labor when required Maintaining a physical environment in a clean, safe and pleasant manner Performing other related activities as assigned or requested.
