Notify Cardiologist of any abnormal results or concerns in a timely manner. Ensure consent for procedure is obtained. Initiate and assist with IV insertions. Delivery of medication by all routes and emergency medicines with a doctor's order. Perform assessment, evaluation, and monitoring during cardiac stress tests. Gives appropriate pre and post procedure instructions to patients and documentation of education in the EHR. Meet the expectation of the Cardiologist through accurate data collection from the CST procedure with communication and follow up. Must have the ability to work independently, professionally, and respectfully with team members, providers, and patients as well as their support person(s).
