Being able to help patients

Cons

no flexable scheduling, i tried to get my schedule changed for months due to a change in my home situation and my supervisor basically ignored me. Other people got schedule changes but i wasnt able to. I was also working a 3 person job by myself for almost a year while they were supposed to be hiring some help for me.
