Pros of working at Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Flexible schedule

Cons of working at Vanderbilt University Medical Center

They mainly value seniority regardless of work and productivity. Leads to terrible management, stunted innovation from new hires, and low morale. Also the pay is some of the lowest in the southeast.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center benefits

They used to have decent medical benefits to make up for the low salary, but now those match everyone else so there’s no incentive to work there anymore.
