no flexable scheduling, i tried to get my schedule changed for months due to a change in my home situation and my supervisor basically ignored me. Other people got schedule changes but i wasnt able to. I was also working a 3 person job by myself for almost a year while they were supposed to be hiring some help for me.
great benefits
mission, culture and overall benefit package
There is nothing not to like about Vanderbilt university.
Vanderbilt has comprehensive coverage packages health and dental and tuition benefits
Flexible schedule
They mainly value seniority regardless of work and productivity. Leads to terrible management, stunted innovation from new hires, and low morale. Also the pay is some of the lowest in the southeast.
They used to have decent medical benefits to make up for the low salary, but now those match everyone else so there’s no incentive to work there anymore.
