Job Responsibilities
Welcome patients and immediately acknowledge them with compassion and a smile at all pharmacy entry points.
Model excellent patient care by respecting, engaging and enthusiastically meeting or exceeding all patient needs, including processing orders in person and by phone, directing patients to products and merchandise and referring appropriate questions concerning prescriptions and over the counter medicine to the pharmacist.
Maintain a neat and clean work environment in order to ensure that company and government requirements are met.
Assist team members with tasks to ensure department runs efficiently.
Use the pharmacy computer to complete all actions necessary in order to maximize efficiency and provide optimal patient care at drop-off, will call, drive thru, phone, filling and order receiving, including but not limited to: searching for patients and profiles, determining dates of fill and pick-up, determining prescriptions sent to Central Fill, quoting cash prices of prescriptions, checking on-hand counts of medications and entering invoices.
Assist team on actions plans in order to improve outcomes using knowledge of all appropriate service and business metrics.
Assist in the execution of all company initiatives and programs.
Complete required training program and accompanying exams.
Follow all company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations, including HIPAA and Pseudoephedrine sales.
Finalize sales using cash register according to established procedures, including the point of sale policies.
Transcribe data from prescriptions accurately in order to generate a custom label for the customer.
Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels by ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating drugs and other supplies per company policy and procedure.
Answer telephone in a polite and timely manner, ensure accurate information is exchanged and the customer is satisfied.
Resolve customer questions and concerns by communicating effectively with the customer and the management team and support staff in an efficient manner.
File written prescriptions daily.

About the Job Supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians. Manages work flow and assigns tasks.
The Diesel Shop Supervisor will support the North Huntingdon Hauling site and have oversite of roughly 8 Technicians and a Fleet size of 90 vehicles.
Shift is a rotating Monday - Friday shift. Candidate will work 2weeks on 1st shift beginning at 6:00am and then rotate for 2 weeks on 2nd shift beginning at 1:00pm.
What You'll be Doing
Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
Performs mechanical duties as needed.
Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
Creates and submits reports as necessary.

Education and Experience

Production & Logistics Support Technician

The Production & Operations Support Specialist is a dual-function position designed to provide flexible support across manufacturing operations. This role works primarily as a Production Technician while also supporting packaging, labeling, shipping/receiving, and order-preparation tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to transition smoothly between production duties and operational support functions.
This role ensures continuity of operations during peak periods, vacations, and after-hours needs.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Production Technician Duties (Approximately X% of time)
* Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies.
* Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks to ensure product consistency.
* Document production activity accurately in logs, systems, or work orders.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with cross-training as needed.
Operations Support Duties (Approximately X% of time)
Packaging & Labeling
* Prepare, package, and label materials according to customer specifications and internal standards.
* Ensure accuracy of packaging documentation and labeling requirements.
* Assist with assembling, weighing, sealing, and verifying packaged orders.
Order Preparation & Production Support
* Support Lincoln Electric production workflow by preparing materials, staging inventory, and completing order-ready tasks.
* Assist with coordinating and preparing outgoing customer orders to meet shipping deadlines.
* Help ensure all materials are ready for production runs through organization and staging.
Shipping & Receiving Support
* Provide backup coverage for shipping and receiving during vacations, absences, after-hours needs, or peak workload periods.
* Assist with loading/unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and completing required receiving documentation.
* Maintain organized storage areas, properly label received materials, and update inventory records.
General Responsibilities
* Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines (including ITAR requirements, if applicable).
* Maintain clear communication with Production, Operations, and HR Teams regarding scheduling and workload.
* Complete cross-training to ensure flexibility across assigned areas.
* Support other operational tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR III draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a Skillful, safe and accurate manner. The PSR III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service centre or as business needs dictate.
Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labelled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct. Maintains required records and documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.

• Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED. One years phlebotomy experience preferred.
