Maintenance Technician Qualifications: 4 years of maintenance technician, millwright, or skilled trades experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and problem-solve independently. Experience working with industrial equipment such as conveyors, mixers, motors, forklifts, engines, boilers, or HVAC systems. Comfort working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts as required.
