Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform troubleshooting service, inspection, and repairs of fire sprinkler systems
Read blueprints for existing pipe layout and make the right equipment accommodations to complete the job
Communicate with customers to understand system deficiencies and be able to make recommendations for repair
Document inspections, repairs and deficiencies
Share job information for follow up quotes, questions, or concerns
Maintain a safe work environment and remain in compliance of the companies safety protocols
Respond to service calls to be a part of a on-call rotation that responds to customer issues , which may require after hour or weekend availability
Qualifications:
Previous experience in fire suppression and fire alarm systems is preferred
1-3 years of previous customer service experience
High School Diploma/ GED required
Trade School or Apprenticeship preferred
Have excellent mechanical skills and be able to work from blueprints
