Management does not know how to manage and blatantly ignore the company mottos in favor of making their work easier.
Large bonus each June
Excellent products, nice people at the basic level
Technology is antiquated , mgmt is poor to bad and women. Are treated very poorly, especially in texas
Relocation benefits are good
Nice people to work with, beautiful modern building with comfortable work spaces.
Workstation is inadequate. Cutthroat office politics. Poor management and bad behavior
Retirement benefits and health plan
People are extremely nice
Treated like a number; did not have a career path that fit me.
healthcare/ retirement
The people and the ethics behind the company
Communication from senior management to entry level or junior associate is poor.
401k and health benefits
The people, environment, and the work-life balance
Low salary, inconsistent communication
Retirement plan match
The people that you work with are very nice.
There is no opportunity to move up in the company unless you become management. The technology is about 20-25 years behind and there is no push up update or modernize.
The health benefits are average to good
I liked that I was given challenging work and every day had structure but the tasks changed. I appreciated knowing that if I worked hard, I could work my way up.
It was incredibly high stress. Finance is maybe not my favorite industry
They had an incredible retirement/benefit package. I had real work life balance (20 days PAID vacation, and 5 days unpaid if I wanted.)
