There is no opportunity to move up in the company unless you become management. The technology is about 20-25 years behind and there is no push up update or modernize.

I liked that I was given challenging work and every day had structure but the tasks changed. I appreciated knowing that if I worked hard, I could work my way up.

It was incredibly high stress. Finance is maybe not my favorite industry

They had an incredible retirement/benefit package. I had real work life balance (20 days PAID vacation, and 5 days unpaid if I wanted.)
