Manage a book of clients and prospects that have not yet committed to Vanguard by engaging them through phone and digital channels to complete the sale. What it takes * Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. * Minimum of one-year related work experience. Sales experience preferred. * This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, NASAA). The SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 are required to be obtained within department guidelines. * The SIE is a mandatory requirement of the job and must be obtained no later than 14 calendar days before identified start date * Ability to deliver an exceptional investor experience. * Ability to consistently drive strong sales outcomes. * Ability to manage internal relationships with key business partners to complete the sale. * Experience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to apply conceptual thinking. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and time management skills. * Comfort with phone and digital channels in which clients engage with Vanguard. * Contact center experience preferred.
