Pros of working at Vans

They are focused on their employees. They are very philanthropic and working to reduce waste and their carbon footprint.

Cons of working at Vans

Communication and expectations are not always stated clearly. I have offered ideas to help the company and I get pushed aside only for my idea to be implemented a year or two later without crediting me.

Vans benefits

The freedom of working remotely and working for a company I grew up with as a skateboarder, snowboarder & surfer.

I enjoy helping customers from diverse backgrounds, working with people who become like a second family, and lastly, I enjoy meeting store objectives while making customers feel welcomed.

I would enjoy working more hours.
