We are seeking a skilled EHS Cority Developer to configure, customize, and optimize our Cority platform to meet organizational and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with EHS and IT teams to develop workflows, automate processes, integrate systems, and ensure the platform effectively supports internal Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize the Cority platform to align with EHS program objectives.
Develop and maintain modules, forms, dashboards, and reports within Cority.
Integrate Cority with enterprise systems such as HR, ERP, and BI platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Manage user access controls, permissions, and security within Cority.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Cority system.
Perform data migrations, uploads, and exports as needed.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, and integrations.
Provide training and technical support to end-users.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years working with Cority or other EHS management systems.
Proficiency in Cority configuration tools and modules (e.g., Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, Audit, Risk).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript), SQL, and API integrations.
Strong understanding of EHS business processes and regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Cority certification or formal Cority training.
Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud environments and data security best practices.
