Prior to Salient, Army served Westaim Biomedical as VP of Finance & Supply Chain Operations. Earlier in his career, Army was a turnaround and strategy consultant for Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. He holds a BA in History from the University of Rhode Island, and a MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
