Documents and maps the existing BOMs, routers, equipment, tools, flow, parts, processes, failure modes, data collection, specifications, documentation et cetera of a production area. Digitizes documented production area information into SAP ME software to mirror the existing process and configures the software to display and track product through assembly. Works with the engineering teams to correctly identify critical to quality and critical to process metrics, data collection points, and specifications to create statistical process controls.
