Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Migrate SharePoint Server-side solutions from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016

Overall responsibilities for maintaining machines and auxiliary equipments working properly and support production as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Serves in a multi-faceted role of performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, lubricating, cleaning, and diagnosing injection molding machines, robotics and auxiliary equipment to keep it producing flawlessly.
-The machine must produce parts at high levels of quality and efficiency.
-Must keep the machine at optimal operation capacity by communicating to team Leader/supervisor any issues and to ensure product quality and record on time is interventions.
-Must assure product quality requirements are met to assure function and cosmetic attributes expected by customers through process adjustments on plastic injection molding machinery. Records appropriate intervention reports.
-Performs tooling changes, production changes and tooling maintenance.
-Understand, maintain or repair water system, plastic resin conveying system, hydraulic system, electric and electronic basics, grease and oil definitions and compressed air systems.
-Keep the working environment area clean and safe.
-Being available for overtime and weekend work if needed.
-Any other tasks may be requested by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct supervisory responsibilities. Must be able to work in a self-directed team environment.
Educations and/or Experience:
Prior maintenance experience in machining, plastic processing or millwright is required. College degree or equivalent are an asset.

The Treasury Manager is part of Team Finance, reporting to the SVP, Treasury and Controller. The person in this role shall develop an in-depth understanding of the business in order to provide meaningful analysis of historical cash flow and accurately project future cash flows. This person shall understand and use different valuation methodologies to assist in evaluating and making recommendations for capital allocation alternatives for our $700MM+ business. The Treasury Manager shall manage and support financings, debt servicing and compliance, risk management, capital allocation and assist in maintaining relationships with ratings agencies and insurance providers.

Responsibilities Include:
Ownership of cash reporting and short-term and long-term cash forecasting
Management, servicing and tracking of outstanding debt, share repurchases and other capital allocation strategies, including debt refinancing
Responsible for managing corporate banking relationships, including accounts and payment methods
Manage Share Repurchase Program and execution per management direction and approval
Manage confirmation and settlement of FX transactions
Develop and assist in maintaining relationships with bank group, rating agencies and bondholders including periodic discussions and preparation of materials for meetings or conferences
Evaluate and recommend investment options and financial instruments that will meet the organization's treasury objectives in compliance with Corporate Financial Policy.
Manage quarterly, annual and incurrence-based debt compliance
Support annual insurance renewal process
Support long-term planning efforts tied to capital allocation alternatives
Quarterly contributions to the 10Q/10K and other public disclosures
Execute, adhere and monitor compliance to Treasury policies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
7+ years of experience in a Treasury role
Strong analytical ability and modeling skills, particularly related to cash flow forecasting

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the Company, including senior leadership
Working knowledge of debt markets and related extensive experience, including refinancing experience

Primary Responsibilities:
Follow established safety procedures according to OSHA standards and company procedures
Maintain, dismantle, repair, and replace mechanical and hydraulic components (e. g. bearings, seals, details, carriers, etc.) on industrial machinery such as shafting, motors, generators, air compressors, engines, pumps, cylinders, gears, couplings, linkages, ball screws, high speed CNC spindles, coolant systems and filters, and combustion equipment and valves
Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems
Use various hand or power tools for measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, bending, soldering, assembling, joining, and installing pipes, valves, and fittings
Read and interpret blueprints for the mechanical operation and assembly of conveyor systems, material handling systems, robots, and other automation
Operate mobile equipment (e.g. forklifts, vertical lifts, cranes)
Determine loading requirements to rig equipment and material for lifting
Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to cut, bore, grind, or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes
Fabricate punches, tools, steel rule tools and t-sets to exact specifications
Plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools or assemblies using blueprints, sketches, or models
Determine quality of finished products, ensuring defect-free parts, by verifying dimensions, alignment, and clearances for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators

At least six (6) years of related experience in a Mechanical trade (millwright, pipefitter, toolmaker, machine repair) or a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion in a Mechanical trade (millwright, pipefitter, toolmaker, machine repair).
Must be able to satisfactorily complete the General Motors hiring process requirements which includes comprehensive assessments, drug testing, and a background check
