Portfolio support - Work hands on with founders to strategize on network launches, from incentive models and tokenomics to market maker and trading desk support. Ideal Attributes Digital asset investment expertise - 3+ years in trading, research, or portfolio management, ideally in digital assets, hedge funds, or prop trading firms. Track record - demonstrated investment track record in liquid crypto markets, personally or professionally. Crypto-native - Deep understanding of onchain ecosystems, tokenomics, DeFi primitives, and governance. Active participation in crypto communities is a plus. NYC and tri-state candidates strongly preferred. Applicants should be comfortable working collaboratively with insurers, government officials, executives and managers from community-based organizations. Applicants should be comfortable working independently. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time. Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders as well as team members. Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
