Under his leadership, the software company has experienced hyper growth, cultivated a worldwide installation base and forged a leading position in the data governance market. Prior to Varonis, Mr. Faitelson held key leadership positions in the global professional services, product development and systems integration divisions of NetVision and Network Appliance.

Mr. Korkus is responsible for all aspects of product research, design, development and quality assurance. Mr. Korkus, together with Mr. Faitelson, conceived and architected the metadata framework technology that now serves as the foundation for the Varonis Data Governance Suite, and is the creator of several patents for permissions visualization, simulation, and data analysis. Under his leadership, the company has assembled a world-class research and development organization with deep experience spanning digital collaboration, storage, networking and security.
