Roddy has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organization development for many of the world’s best-known brands. Most recently, Jack was the Chief People Office for VASA Fitness, a fast-growing health and wellness company headquartered in Orem, Utah. Prior to that, Jack served as the Chief Human Resources and Culture Officer for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where he was responsible for launching new cultural initiatives to help employees better implement the company’s values and improve company retention.

Mindi Bridges is a Chief Brand & Marketing Officer at VASA Fitness and is based in Greater Denver Area. She has worked as Director, Creative & Interactive Services at Treasury Wine Estates; Production Coordinator at AKQA; and Founder / EVP, Creative Services at M Creative Solutions LLC. Mindi studied at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo between 1994 and 1999.

Stephanie Traut is a Chief Operating Officer at VASA Fitness and Vice President Licensed Stores- Southwest at Starbucks and is based in Englewood, Colorado. She has worked as Regional Director at Starbucks, Vice President Operations Services at RED ROBIN GOURMET BURGERS INC, and Regional Vice President Of Operations at Lone Star Steakhouse. Stephanie studied at TRANS WORLD AIRLINES between 1988 and 1993.
