The Sales and Operations Training Specialist at barre3 is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs on all sales and studio operations processes, managing the operations onboarding of new studio owners, and providing continuous education to the franchise network. This role ensures operational excellence and sales performance by implementing technology systems, conducting audits to maintain brand standards, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). The Manager of Content Development is the leader of the creative production engine, responsible for transforming strategic learning objectives into high-quality, deployable learning assets. This expanded role not only oversees the entire content development lifecycle but also owns the Learning Management System (LMS) strategy. The Manager ensures all training materials are instructionally sound, engaging, and brand-consistent. Job Description The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility. Empty and dispose of trash and recycling. Maintain trash cans and cleaning stations. Refill cleaning supplies, paper products, and soap dispensers as needed and notify management when inventory is low Maintain cleaning equipment, (clean the mop, bucket, empty vacuum bags, etc.) Other cleaning duties as needed or assigned by management. Safety & Maintenance Clean and post signage for unsafe conditions, such as wet/slippery floors in locker rooms, bathrooms, shower areas and tanning rooms Report broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to management promptly. Front Desk Operations Check members into the system using club's POS system Answer phones professionally and efficiently Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately. Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned. Respond promptly and professionally to members' questions and concerns and inform Assistant Manager or General Manager if any issues arise. Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club by performing assigned cleaning duties throughout the shift. Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, and workout areas. Ensure weights are returned to appropriate rack area Regularly walk the floor to ensure the club remains clean, organized, and safe. Refill cleaning stations and supplies as needed.
