About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist - Accounting Systems, you will serve as a key member of our support rotation, acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
You will own the accounting function within support, serving as the expert who ensures resolution without escalation.
You will work directly with CampLife Pay, our integrated credit card processing system, assisting customers with reporting, reconciliation, and data retrieval.
You will also help users understand journal entries, deferred revenue, and chart of accounts-always translating accounting terminology into user-friendly language.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to team meetings and events. Ideally you reside within reasonable driving distance of Nashville or Chattanooga, Tennessee.
