Summary:
As the Service Accounts Supervisor, you will oversee and manage Account Coordinator (non-senior Account Coordinators & Data Entry Coordinators). Monitor and manage queues and KPIs through resource allocation and performance management. Serve as initial line of escalation handling and provide coaching and mentoring to frontline to provide excellent customer service to process work orders.
What You'll Do:
* Reporting:
* Provide reporting to service leadership team related to queue work team performance.
* Provide daily reporting for team performance and metrics to review visibility of queue completion and pending tasks.
* Review the team metrics and draft biweekly reporting for performance feedback.
* Conduct and participate in customer QBRs service to discuss response and repair data, and service updates.
* Team Management:
* Review timesheets, OT statistics, and conduct weekly one-on-ones to manage performance.
* Conduct team meetings with Account Coordinators to discuss team goals, changes, address questions, and provide resolutions.
* Write/distribute performance documentation & improvement plans.
* Contribute and deliver annual reviews for non-senior Account Coordinators.
* Conduct telephone & in person interviews for open positions.
* Provide training to new hires.
* Review timesheets, team overtime and assist in the team hiring process.
* Account Coordinator:
* Assist in writing estimates to customer for in progress and completed work.
* Serve as initial point of escalation for escalated customer issues.
* Attend QBRs and provide account updates and services provided.
* Specific AC accounts may be assigned; if no specific accounts, will conduct the AC duties for non-AC accounts.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops and delivers training to employees at various levels in order to reduce loss and increase inventory accuracy.
Implements, audits, and constantly evaluates all LP and operational controls. Makes improvements based on findings
Promotes safety programs in their area
Conducts formal loss interviews both in person and by phone.
Partners with law enforcement, court personnel, and Mall Management to resolve issues.
Implements and administers company authorized shrink programs and makes recommendations regarding program development.
Builds effective partnerships both in the field and at headquarters that can be leveraged to achieve the Company's goals, such as shrink reduction, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.
Uses data to identify fraud and process improvement.
Assumes additional responsibilities to facilitate the achievement of team goals.
Additional duties and projects as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office and/or Google Products.

Education and Experience:

Responsibilities & Principal Duties:
Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped to their Project Sites
Assist the Program Manager in the support and management of accounts
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders (OEM, Client, Third Party, BPSC)
Proactively communicate resource needs with all stakeholders
Contact suppliers to determine update rhythms/communication
Verify all products - quantity, dimensions, trucking requirements, dates, etc.
Ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service outlined in agreements
Ensure Service Providers (PLR Branches, carries, etc.) update & collect records with offload information
Ensure proper and timely billing for all loadouts/trucking/offloads/storage
Ensure proper approvals for all trucking invoices
Support the Program Manager with maximizing program market share, revenue, and profit
Support the Program Manager with upselling BPSC services and additional value-adds
Qualifications
3-5 years of Logistics experience preferred.
Experience with commercial, industrial, and contractor accounts
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing
High level of efficiency and accuracy
Solution-oriented
Excellent attention to details
Great time management and prioritizing skills
Must pass a Pre-Employment Microsoft Excel Test.
