He leads a global team of 9,300 employees who are committed to technologies that solve some of the nation’s most challenging problems. Additional recognition has occurred via several awards, including being inducted to Federal Computer Week’s 2019 Federal100, and Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Mr. Phillips spent 10 years in the U.S. Army Reserves. ManTech is committed to being the nation’s No. 1 employer of veterans. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of William & Mary with a degree in Business Administration, and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the William & Mary Foundation.

Mr. Smith began his AMERICAN SYSTEMS career in August 1980, and has been instrumental in aligning the company’s business development and delivery of strategic offerings with customer needs. According to my Knowledge Vectrus is a company that provides infrastructure support services, including logistics, information technology, and facility management, primarily to U.S. government agencies and international organizations. And they offers career opportunities to grow.
