Pros of working at Vectrus

You get to travel to other countries and be underpaid at those locations.

Cons of working at Vectrus

Everything the company stands for is a Con. The company is very racist and underpays any employee that is not an American... Even traveling to a dangerous country in the middle of a desert still barely gets you paid more than you are worth... The company only hires managers and supervisors that have no clue how to do their job correctly... If your manager and your manager's boss are against you or don't care about you then nothing ever will change to help you...

Vectrus benefits

Umm... You can quit anytime!

What do you like best about Vectrus's CEO and the leadership team?

Chuck the CEO gets paid millions and you get paid pennies. He was never in the military but he went to business school... Which means he knows nothing about taking care of employees in a military setting... And doesn't care about your needs... And pays you less than every other contractor company!

How would you improve Vectrus's culture?

We need to get paid more like every other contract company! Pay us ALL equal no matter what race or country! Stop being racist ! Equal opportunity needs to actually matter!

How did you prepare for the Vectrus interview?

No interview because I was prior military. And that's what they prioritize.

How does your compensation at Vectrus compare to the industry average?

Eh it's a little more but not really... You would think working 12-hour shifts everyday and paid holidays and danger pay in a unsafe country would make you a lot of money right?.... Hahaha YOU THOUGHT WRONG!

What brings you the most joy at Vectrus?

Uhhhhhhhhh laughable question

What's the diversity at Vectrus like?

They do hire other nationalities but they pay them way less than Americans but slightly more than the country they are from (India or Kenya etc) but Make them use different workout facilities and mark them as unsafe to travel around by themselves.
