Job Summary
Under supervision, performs manual and clerical duties involved in receiving, storing, issuing components, bulk items and kits
Essential Functions
Comply with all GMP requirements
Receive items from incoming inspections including controls of: quantity counts, lot and FIFO control, and all transactions
Picks components and bulk items for manufacturing to include: verification of correct revisions, logging lot codes, and inventory transactions.
Other assignments including cycle counts and the ability to work in areas of the operations department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Load large machinery utilizing overhead cranes and other fork truck equipment.
Complete daily equipment inspections sheets prior to using.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, crate, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
Prepare machines for shipments by completing verification checklist.
Organize stocks and maintain machine inventory.
Daily use of overhead cranes to load and unload large inventory.
Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances
Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
Receive, unload and put away large incoming inventory items appropriately.
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing and receiving procedures.
Keep shipping and receiving clean and organized daily.
Operates forklifts and heavy machinery needed to transport large items around the plant.
Delivers orders to production.
Addresses and resolves any shipment or delivery errors.
Updates management or supervisor on the status of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

The Inbound Clerk plays a critical role in the accurate and timely processing of inbound shipments. This position is responsible for receiving and verifying products into the ERP system, printing and managing labeling for inbound associates, and ensuring that all purchase orders are properly documented and organized. Additionally, the Inbound Clerk will act as a key liaison between inbound operations and Purchasing staff, communicating effectively to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information needed for order processing.
Essential Job Functions:
* Work closely with department leadership to ensure accuracy on all Purchased and Green Stock purchase orders.
* Maintain constant communication with the Supervisor regarding the status of purchase orders.
* Provide support to Inbound associates by guiding them through receiving procedures and any special instructions.
* Oversee and organize the staging area for newly received products.
* Print and verify accurate labeling of Waldom products for correct inventory tracking.
* Carefully proofread and cross-check packing lists and item quantities before finalizing purchase orders in the system.
* Collaborate with department leadership to resolve receiving issues including stock checks and quantity discrepancies.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to read and write in English.
* Acute attention to detail and the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
