At the end of February 2016 after four years in the role, I retired as President of The Knowles Teacher Initiative. Prior to that, I spent over 35 years in the Financial Industry as an Investment Banker and Venture Capitalist. Over the years, I have served on the Board of Directors of numerous publicly-held and private Corporations, including Metrologic Instruments, Inc., Mothers Work, Inc. (now Destination Maternity), Intelligent Electronics, Inc., and The JPM Company. I am currently on the Board of CSS Industries, Inc., a NYSE listed consumer products company.I have been a Trustee of numerous non-profit organizations, including, most recently the Knowles Teacher Initiative,the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Woodlynde School.I have been a guest lecturer on the topic of Investment Banking at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, The Fox School of Business at Temple University and Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Veeco Instruments Inc, since January 2020 with responsibility for Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations. Prior to January 2020 held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer. Since joining Veeco in 1994, has held a variety of financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility including leading the controller, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury functions. Prior to joining Veeco was a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP. Is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University.

Robert Bradshaw is a Chief Administrative Officer at VEECO INSTRUMENTS INC.
