Responsibilities: * Follows audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions. * Identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner * Produces various reports for management and takes initiative to correct errors to prevent reoccurrence. * Ensures that all charges have been posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account * Generates housekeeping reports and prints folios departures. * Calculates account balance at month-end and submits to accounting. * Compiles daily revenue reports and files work accordingly. * Balance the day's charges, making corrections, as necessary. * Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts. * Reports any unresolved problems with owners and guests to management. * Assists other departments as needed and carries out other duties as assigned by management. * Performs front desk agent duties especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures. Qualifications: To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: * In this position, you will be required to work three days as a Front Desk Clerk and two days as a Night Auditor. * The Front Desk operates seven days a week. The role of Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor involves working overnight shifts, which may include weekends and public holidays. * High School diploma/GED * Proficient English language communication skills to communicate both verbally and in writing. Preferred, but not required: * Associate's Degree/College Degree * Customer service or similar related experience. * Resort hospitality experience.
